With our recent successful investments in exploration and expansions at our existing operations, our acquisition of SilverCrest last year and now this transformative transaction, we are emerging as the industry’s only all North American senior precious metals producer while retaining our dominant position in the silver sector. Our larger scale, metals mix, lower costs and higher margins, strong free cash flow profile and leading trading liquidity on the NYSE and now on the TSX represent clear differentiators compared to peers.
